Welcome to the Monthly Release Note!

This post will explain all the changes that are due to go live overnight on Wednesday the 5th of August.

Some changes will only apply to specific departments or business units across the group, so don't worry if any of these appear unfamiliar. Please contact your business analyst if you'd like to find out more about any of the changes in this post, or indeed if you have some ideas for change yourself.  

Purchasing

20026: Linking POs

Functionality has been developed to link purchase order records within Evox.

• A new tab for PO Links is available on purchase orders for linking records. The user will input a PO number and select the record to create a link.
• When accessing a Purchase Order that is linked to another record in Evox, a pop-up will appear stating that this Purchase Order has been linked to another record with a quick link to the PO. The linked entry can also be seen within the PO Links tab on the Purchase Order.
• When accessing a Purchase Order that is not linked to another record in Evox, no pop-up will appear and the PO Links tab will be empty.

 

 

Reports

21286: Workforce Detail Report

Two new columns for ‘Employee Number’ and ‘NI Number’ have been added to the Workforce Detail report output. This information will pull from personnel records set up within Evox.

 

 

Continuous Improvement 

The change requests listed above have been specifically planned and designed for implementation this month. However, there are some additional improvements that have taken place throughout the month too. Should you be interested in finding out more about these, you'll find them outlined below.
