Welcome to the Monthly Release Note!
This post will explain all the changes that are due to go live overnight on Tuesday the 12th of May 2026.
Some changes will only apply to specific departments or business units across the group, so don't worry if any of these appear unfamiliar. Please contact your business analyst if you'd like to find out more about any of the changes in this post, or indeed if you have some ideas for change yourself.
Accounts
19545: Budget Figure Export from Evox to NetSuite
As a result of this update, the Sales Value from Child Jobs in IS Projects will now show on the WIP Sheet.
There are also new fields for:
- Status
- Stage
- Value
This is only applicable if your organisation uses Integrated Service (IS) Projects.
19824: Man Hours Reallocation
When processing man-hour reallocation exports, a new field for activity code has been added to the create screen. If this activity code is inputted, this is where the reallocation cost will hit within Evox costings. If this is not inputted, the export will work as before. Please note that the defined activity code must exist in the projects that time is to be allocated to.
20143: Supplier Active Property for NetSuite linked systems
Users now have the ability to edit the active flag for supplier records linked to NetSuite.
20159: Export Clients From Evox to NetSuite
A new page has been created within the Accounts tab to allow users to select a client(s) record to export to NetSuite. This will create the client record(s) in NetSuite and link the record in Evox by the accounts code. Please note this is locked down by permissions, please contact your business analyst to learn more.
20161: Aged Data
We have made some performance improvements to enhance user experience when using the Accounts Aged Data function within Evox. Please note that the functionality will remain the same, if you do have any queries on these changes please contact your business analyst.
Personnel
20028: Voyager Open Placements in Evox
The Voyager Sync to Evox will now ignore any placements that do not have a start date in either the placement or placementshift field within Voyager. This is to help combat the volume of open placements within Evox.
Timesheets
20111: Estimated Time
If individual weekly timesheets are marked as ‘Is Estimate’, these timesheets will not appear within the Create POs from Timesheets page. When exporting labour via the cost accrual export, a new flag has been added to define whether the accrual should only feature estimated time.
20117: Timesheet Layout of Line Information
The timesheet line information containing the project title and activity name, will now display all within the highlighted blue box of the timesheet line. Please note the functionality of weekly and staff timesheets has not changed.
Reports
19896: Project Time Report
A new report has been added to Evox for Project Time. This will extract timesheet data based on a date range and selection of departments. Please contact your business analyst to learn more.
20121: Sales Invoice by Client
A new filter for Status has been added to the Sales Invoice Summary by Client report. This allows users to report based on a status or multiple statuses of sales invoices.
20174: Holiday Pay Accruals
The department filter when running the holiday pay accruals report has been updated to multi-select to allow users to define the required departments.
Continuous Improvement
The change requests listed above have been specifically planned and designed for implementation this month. However, there are some additional improvements that have taken place throughout the month too. Should you be interested in finding out more about these, you'll find them outlined below.
