Welcome to the Monthly Release Note!
This post will explain all the changes that are due to go live overnight on Wednesday the 10th of June 2026.
Some changes will only apply to specific departments or business units across the group, so don't worry if any of these appear unfamiliar. Please contact your business analyst if you'd like to find out more about any of the changes in this post, or indeed if you have some ideas for change yourself.
Accounts
20156: Recalculate Costings Data
A new button ‘Recalculate Costings Data’ has been added to purchase invoices. This is a similar button that is available on Purchase Orders, if clicked this will update costings entries to ensure actual costs are correct.

20175: Irrecoverable VAT
New functionality has been developed to process irrecoverable VAT within purchase invoices. A new tick box will be visible on VAT Rates for ‘Is Irrecoverable?':

When logging a purchase invoice using irrecoverable vat codes, once the invoice is saved lines will appear for the cost of the irrecoverable vat:

Users will not be able to edit the irrecoverable vat lines, and these will not be visible when logging/editing the invoice. Users can export the invoice as normal to NetSuite. Please contact your business analyst to learn more.
Clients
20159: Export Clients from Evox to NetSuite
A new page within the accounts tab has been created to allow users the ability to export client records to NetSuite. The page will feature clients that do not have an associated accounts code, users can then select the client(s) record to export and this will create the client record(s) in NetSuite.
Please note that this functionality doesn't check for duplicates and should only be used if the client record does not already exist in NetSuite. This will be locked by permissions, please contact your business analyst to learn more.
Suppliers
20185: Supplier UTR Number
When syncing supplier records, if the supplier features a UTR in NetSuite this will populate the UTR Number field within the accounts tab of the Evox record.

Timesheets
19785: Absence Requests on Live Staff Timesheets
New functionality has been developed to populate absence requests on live staff timesheets.
- An absence is created and approved within Evox
- Once the timesheet is created for those applicable dates, the previously approved absence will show in the user's staff timesheet
Please contact your business analyst if this would be useful for your business.
Reports
