Welcome to the Monthly Release Note!
This post will explain all the changes that are due to go live overnight on Wednesday the 28th of January.
Some changes will only apply to specific departments or business units across the group, so don't worry if any of these appear unfamiliar. Please contact your business analyst if you'd like to find out more about any of the changes in this post, or indeed if you have some ideas for change yourself.
Evox Layout
19664: Upgrade User Interface
Please note that the Evox user interface has been updated to a more modern design. The functionality should remain the same. If you notice any issues, please contact support in the usual manner.
Timesheets
19806: Weekly Timesheet Changes
A new button for ‘Weekly Timesheets’ will be present on the bottom left of confirmed timesheets; this will direct the user back to the Weekly Timesheet View with the saved filters.
19814: Hide Cost/Charge Rate Bar on Timesheets
If users do not have the permission ‘Can view Pay, Charge and Cost rates’, the user will not be able to see the cost, charge, and pay rates in staff/weekly timesheets or within the rates tab in placement details.
Continuous Improvement
