Welcome to the Monthly Release Note!
This post will explain all the changes that are due to go live overnight on Wednesday the 14th of May.
Some changes will only apply to specific departments or business units across the group, so don't worry if any of these appear unfamiliar. Please contact your business analyst if you'd like to find out more about any of the changes in this post, or indeed if you have some ideas for change yourself.
Accounts
18420: Sales Invoices - ability to send email to client chasing payment
A new button for 'Send Reminder' is now visible on confirmed invoices. If clicked, a pop-up will appear with pre-configured text chasing the client for payment. Users will be able to amend the body of the email if required. A copy of the invoice will also be attached to the email for the client's reference.
18950: Amendments to Apprentice Levy Export
When processing the Apprentice Levy Export, a new page will appear for users to select the payroll job costings to process within the date range inputted. The export will then caclulate the percentage per lines as normal.
18957: Sales Invoice Terms PDF
Within Sales Invoices, there will be an option to add terms to pro-formas/invoices. If configured, this will attach terms to the invoice being emailed out to the client. Please note that this is based on a setting so this shouldn't impact businesses not using this functionality.

Project Control
19043: IS Projects - ability to set or edit scope activity code
Within IS Projects, users now have the ability to edit the activity code set within the WBS. Please note that is permission based, please contact your business analyst if you would like to learn more.
Reports
18849: Training Status Matrix Report - filter for archived records
A new filter for 'Exclude Archived Records' will be seen on the Training Status Matrix report. If ticked, the output will not include any training records that have been archived. If not ticked, this will output as normal and include records that have been archived.
18918: New column to PO Lines Report
A new column for 'Status' has been added to the PO Lines report. This will state either Live or Closed, depending on the status of the Purchase Order.
19006: Staff Timesheets Oustanding Report
A new filter for department has been added to the Staff Timesheets Outstanding report. The output will also feature a new column for department of the personnel.
Purchasing
18952: Credit Card Importer - set delivery date
When importing credit card transactions, a new field for delivery date will be visible. Users will determine the delivery date that is to be set on all POs created.
