The above example contains a dropdown structure with a clear answer and a link to ‘support’ if this doesn't resolve the user's issue.
Ideally, we would like a similar structure with the following headings:
Common FAQs
Dashboard
Timesheets
Accounts
Costings
Enquiries
Purchasing
Maintenance
Reports
Project Control
Training
QHSE
Checkpoints
Assets
Headings Each heading will contain a list of common questions with some sort of feedback function at the bottom of the page so the user can share if this page was useful or not.
