This introduces a new process that initiates a request and approval workflow before a client can be created. Once all required details have been submitted and the request has received full approval, the client record will then be created.
Creating a Client Request
- Navigate to the Maintenance Page
- Under the ‘clients’ heading, you will see ‘Client Request List’
- Click to access

- You will then see all of the requests that have been created and their status
- Draft
- Created
- Pending Documentation review
- Pending Approval
- Complete
- Permitted users will also have the ability to create a client request
- They will fill out the basic client details
- User can then save the request as a draft or submit the request for Documentation Review

Documentation Review
- Permitted users will then have the ability to approve what documentation has been received
- This user will then select permitted approvers to approve the Credit Application and the Client Request.
- Once happy, click ‘submit’ to send the request to the approvers to action the approval requests

Credit Application Approval
- The approver can access the request via Evox or by clicking the link in the email
- The user will then:
- Tick the credit application tick box
- Add any additional comments
- Approve or reject the request
- If approved, the credit application approval will be signed off
- If rejected, the user will need to specify a reason and this will knock the request back to the documentation review stage
- If approved, the credit application approval will be signed off
Client Request Approval
- The approver can access the request via Evox or by clicking the link in the email
- The user will then
- Specify the Credit Limit
- Approve or reject the request
- If approved, the client request approval will be signed off
- If rejected, the user will need to specify a reason and this will knock the request back to the documentation review stage
- If approved, the client request approval will be signed off
- Specify the Credit Limit
Client Record
- Once the Request has both approvals, a new client record will be created
- All of the information will then be applied to the new client record
Additional information
In order for a client record to be created, both the credit application and client request approvals must be fully signed off. Permitted users will receive email updates on the progress and status of each request.
This process must be manually enabled. If you’re interested in implementing a client request process, please contact our support team via the usual support channels.
