Costings Layout

When viewing costings for a job, the display of the Summary tab within costings will be driven by the Costing Display Layout. This can be managed via the project record.

Currently there are three costing display layouts that can be set per project:

  1. Standard Costings - this will show a summary tab featuring columns for Material Cost, Consumables Cost, Sub-contract Cost, Hires Cost, Miscellaneous Cost, Labour Cost, Management Cost, Plant Cost, Total Cost, Total T&M Sales, and Total Profit.
  2. Budget Based Costings - this will show a summary tab featuring columns for total Budget Cost, Committed Cost, Actual Cost, and Variance.
  3. Budget Based Costings with Sales - this will show a summary tab featuring columns for total Budget Cost, Committed Cost, Actual Cost, Variance, Budget Sales, T&M Sales, Actual Sales, and Profit.

Please note if you have permissions to view sales in costings, you will see no difference in the Budget Based Costings and Budget Based Costings with Sales layouts.
