Welcome to the monthly Release Note!
This post will explain all the changes that are due to go live overnight on Wednesday the 8th of January.
Some changes will only apply to specific departments or business units across the group, so don't worry if any of these appear unfamiliar. Please contact your business analyst if you'd like to find out more about any of the changes in this post, or indeed if you have some ideas for change yourself.

18649: Upgrade to Core: Sales Invoices from additions (rechargeables)
The Sales Invoices from Rechargeables will now be combined within the Sales Invoices from Timesheets page 'Create from timesheets and rechargeables'. A dropdown for 'Invoice From Timesheets/Additions' will feature on the page and the user can select either Timesheets or Additions. The functionality on the page will work as before.
18663: Remove Legacy Training Records Page
The old/legacy interface for training records will be removed. The new interface will feature the same functionality and work as before.
Purchasing
18548: Credit Card Improvements
When importing credit card transactions, transactions will now be ordered by personnel and then by transaction date. Once the VAT has been selected on the imported transaction, the VAT selected will display on the PO and set the VAT on the line item when creating a purchase invoice from the PO.
Please contact your business analyst if you would like to know more about this.
Accounts
18462: Sales Invoices with document PDF backup and timesheet documents tab
Drag and drop functionality has been implemented to easily upload documents to sales invoices, this will default the document type to 'Invoice Backup'. A documents tab has also been added to weekly timesheets which will have the document type of 'General'. Now that we have documents on Sales Invoices and Timesheets, we can take all documents with type Invoice Backup and type of PDF and collate them all into one PDF along with the sales invoice. Email Invoice functionality should have option to use single sales invoice or invoice with all backup as one PDF.
Please contact your business analyst if you would like to know more about this.
